We have taken the steps to implement a new Support Centre and Support ticket system for our clients.
We will maintain this centre with all the new information we receive and will endeavour to help our clients moving forward with their goals and successes.

There are three options for the support cases -
Epicor Advanced MES (Mattec) Support - - for all Epicor Advanced MES (Mattec) related questions and issues.
Epicor Data Analytics (EDA) Support - - for all related questions and issues rising from GreenMoore's own Epicor Advanced MES (Mattec) EDA content pack.
Epicor Advanced MES (Mattec) Sales Support - - from pre-sales, quoting, system configuration and questions.
